Refund Policy
1. Overview
At Gather by Oren, we strive to provide exceptional service and unforgettable event experiences. We understand that plans may change, and this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our guidelines for deposits, payments, and cancellations.
2. Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid as per the payment schedule stated in your service agreement or invoice.

Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Cancellations by the Client
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the following terms:

More than 60 days before the event: Up to 50% of the total payment (excluding deposit) may be refunded.

30–60 days before the event: Up to 25% of the total payment (excluding deposit) may be refunded.

Less than 30 days before the event: No refund will be issued, as most preparations and vendor commitments are finalized.
4. Cancellations by Gather by Oren
In the unlikely event that Gather by Oren must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies, or events beyond our control), we will:

Offer to reschedule the event at no additional cost (subject to availability).

Or, provide a partial or full refund, depending on expenses already incurred.
We will always act in good faith to find the best solution for our clients.
5. Force Majeure
If the event is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control — such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or severe weather — we will make every effort to reschedule your event.
Refunds in such cases will depend on vendor policies and costs already incurred.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days after written confirmation. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment originally used, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable once confirmed:

Deposits or retainer fees.

Payments made to third-party vendors (e.g., venue, catering, décor, or entertainment).

Any custom-made or special-order items purchased for the event.
