All services are customized based on client requirements and subject to availability, location, and scheduling.

3. Bookings and Payments

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

• Final payment terms will be outlined in your event contract or invoice.

• Failure to make payments within the specified time frame may result in cancellation of services.

• Prices are subject to change based on requirements, scale, and external factors (such as venue or vendor costs).

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to our cancellation policy.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

• Refund eligibility will depend on the timing of the cancellation and costs already incurred.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, and access to venues or vendors as needed.

• The client agrees not to hold Gather by Oren liable for delays or issues caused by third-party vendors or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Event Changes and Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control, Gather by Oren reserves the right to reschedule or modify services. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes in good faith.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gather by Oren will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the event.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, designs, and materials on our website are the intellectual property of Gather by Oren and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
